The Resolution No. 244/2019 establishing the division of trademark applications and registrations was postponed to September 14, 2020, according to publication in the Industrial Property Magazine (RPI) No. 2567 of March 17, 2020. Thus, it is important to remember that this resolution serves to harmonize trademark procedures between national and international applications and to guarantee greater efficiency and uniformity in all procedures related to trademark matters.

The other resolutions related to multiclass filings (no. 248/2019) and the co ownership (no. 245/2019) still pending of a new date to begin the term.
