EXPERIENCE

Alfonso is Patent joined H&A in 2012 and he has been a patent adviser since 1991.

He has over 30 years of experience in patents, utility models, designs, infringement and patentability reports and Freedom-to-Operate.

He also has experience as an expert witness in front of the Courts in patent and design matters.

His areas of specialization include those related to automotive, aeronautics, medical devices, packaging and mechanics in general.

Since 2011 he has been coordinator and tutor of the course in European Patent Law at the CEIPI (University of Strasbourg) in Barcelona.

Since 2014 he has been a collaborating professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) of the University Master's Degree in Innovation and Digital Transformation.
