EXPERIENCE

Andres Gomez joined H&A in 2014 as a specialized lawyer in its legal department, where he was in charge of numerous proceedings in the contentious-administrative and civil jurisdictions, as well as EU trademark revocation and invalidity proceedings before the EUIPO.

Since 1999 he has specialised in Industrial Property and began his collaboration with H&A as an external lawyer.

In 2020, he joined the trademark department of H&A, where he took over its management, and this is the position he currently holds.

He has also attended as a speaker different courses and conferences organized by APD (Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección), the FORO DE MARCAS RENOMBRADAS, ICEX and ESIC.
