With over 20 years of experience in strategic industrial property advisory work, Anna is a Partner of the firm and a recognised expert in global trademark strategy for leading companies across multiple industries.

She combines solid legal expertise with a strong business-oriented approach, advising national and international corporations on the protection, management and enforcement of their intellectual and industrial property assets.

She leads the Business Development and Key Accounts practice with a comprehensive and strategic focus: from portfolio audits and risk assessment to representation in complex proceedings before the EUIPO, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the courts, as well as the negotiation of coexistence agreements.

With experience across diverse sectors — including fashion, pharmaceuticals, tourism, entertainment, technology, beverages, food and consumer goods — she anticipates risks, identifies opportunities and develops tailored protection strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives.
