EXPERIENCE

Ariel Juan Ibanez joined H&A in 2015 as associate and director of H&A Argentina. He is an intellectual property lawyer.

Previously, after working for nine years in Argentine industrial property firms, he founded his own firm in Buenos Aires in 2008.

His expertise covers the areas of patents, trademarks, plant varieties, utility models and copyright, developing strategies and putting them into practice in their registration, contractual and litigation phases.

He is actively involved in IP in Argentina, having been elected twice as president of the Chamber that brings together the APIs in Argentina.
