After several years in the retail sector, Isabel entered the world of Intellectual Property (IP) through one of the major law firms in Spain.

A few months later, she joined the H&A team in the administrative area of European patents and community designs, specifically catering to foreign clients.

In 2012, she took on the role of Head of the Patents Department in Latin America, where she coordinated the processing of more than 3000 patents throughout the Latin American region.

Upon returning from her maternity leave, she became a part of H&A's International team, assuming the role of Latin American Desk Manager and becoming the liaison between H&A's offices in Latin America, suppliers, and clients.

Her presence in ASIPI, INTA, and Marques, as well as her lectures on Latin American legislation to clients, have made her a trusted asset at H&A. In addition to her responsibilities, she was entrusted with the role of Procurement Manager in the international department, creating resource and time optimization processes.
