EXPERIENCE

Jaime joined H&A in 2022, where he currently advises our clients on the defense of their rights in the various aspects of patents, trademarks, unfair competition, advertising, intellectual property and related rights, both in Spain and abroad.

He started his international career in the field of marketing and international trade in China. This experience led him to join several leading IP firms in Spain to develop the Chinese market, which he combined with his Law studies at the Carlos III University of Madrid.

After graduating, the mix of his experience in intellectual property and his legal education led Jaime to join H&A.

In parallel, Jaime carries out international business development functions, with a focus on China, tapping into his trajectory in said market.

He also has participated as a speaker in the Master's Degree in Biotechnology at the UAM.
