EXPERIENCE

Jose Manuel joined H&A in 2010, where he began to develop consultancy and advisory work in the areas of industrial and intellectual property and related rights.

Complementing his training in law, and before joining H&A, Jose Manuel had a long career as a commercial executive, focusing his last stage in business development in the legal content sector for legal professionals and large public and private organizations.

Jose Manuel assumed the position of Director of the Madrid Commercial office in January 2023, where he advises on the design and implementation of global IP protection strategies for large national companies.

He is also a member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
