EXPERIENCE
Sonsoles joined H&A in 2018 and took on a position in the Latin American Trademarks department. One year later, she joined H&A's International Trademarks department and in 2021 took up the position of Head of this department.
Previously, she worked at an important law firm in Madrid and later on she decided to prepare for the State Examinations for the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and the Digital Agenda; specializing in Industrial Property, for the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, which has allowed her to acquire a significant amount of knowledge on Intellectual Property.
Sonsoles manages different matters such as advising on the protection strategy for international trademarks and direct trademarks outside of Spain, trademark viability studies, trademark prosecution and their defense, oppositions against third party trademarks, review and assessment of proof of use and negotiations with third parties for dispute resolution.
