  • Postgraduate degree in European Studies, Lisbon Catholic University (1997).
  • Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1995.
  • Office-Accredited Industrial Property Agent since 2007.

EXPERIENCE

In 2006 Teresa Delgado began working with Herrero & Asociados Portugal and has been an essential part of our Portuguese team since.

She had started out working at a very well-known Portuguese IP firm, until 1998, when she joined another, equally famous, Lisbon firm of our sector. She went on to work as an independent lawyer before joining H&A Portuguese office.

Teresa’s practice focuses on general trade mark clearance, prosecution and registration matters. She handles opposition and cancellation actions before INPI. An experienced patent prosecutor, she has registered numerous patents, including validations of European Patents.

Teresa has attended various training events organized by the Portuguese Patent and Trade Mark Office INPI and has also been at many ECTA meetings, technology centres.
