Working from home. Do not to send original documents
We ask you not to send original documents to our offices, as there will be no one to collect them and there is a certain risk of loss.
We hereby confirm that H&A is fully operational and all its staff is teleworking
The Royal Decree approved by the Spanish Government yesterday, 30 March, prohibits travel any workplace until 13 April, which prevents us from physically accessing our offices. Therefore, until further notice we ask you not to send original documents to our offices, as there will be no one to collect them and there is a certain risk of loss. Instead, we would be grateful if you could send us a scanned copy of any document you wish to send us so that we can process it in the best possible way. It does not matter in which jurisdiction the document needs to be filed.
If for some urgent and undelayable reason it is necessary for you to send us an original document, please contact us in order to find the means by which these exceptionally urgent documents can be sent to us.
Most industrial and intellectual property offices around the world have established additional limitations and deadlines for compliance in these difficult times caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. In any case, we are at your entire disposal to clarify any doubts you may have regarding deadlines or periods of time in relation to your files. All you have to do is fill in the form at the end of this notice. Or ask your usual contact within our organization.
We thank you for your collaboration and we are at your disposal again by telematic means for any management or consultation you may have. We hope that this exceptional situation will be overcome quickly.
